TOXIC HOLOCAUST Films Video For 'Nuke The Cross'
April 15, 2009TOXIC HOLOCAUST recently teamed up with director Jamie Robilard to shoot the second video from the band's Relapse debut, "An Overdose Of Death…". The "Nuke The Cross" clip was lensed in Oregon just prior to the group's current tour with NAPALM DEATH and is currently in post-production. An international premiere date will be announced shortly.
TOXIC HOLOCAUST's Joel Grind commented: "[The 'Nuke the Cross'] video has some similar themes as the last one (i.e. waste barrels, fire, etc.) but everything has been taken to 10! The danger level to band and crew has definitely been taken up a notch...it's one of those things that you are going to have to see to understand. I don't wanna spoil it just yet. Filming took place in a few locations in Oregon, the main scene especially looks amazing as it was filmed in an old burned down saw mill in Vernonia. Just a note to everyone, booze and fire don't mix, but it makes things so much more fun!"
TOXIC HOLOCAUST is currently on the road as part of the "Campaign For Musical Destruction Tour 2009" with NAPALM DEATH, KATAKLYSM, COLISEUM, and TRAP THEM. This four-week tour includes a stop at the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival this weekend in Worcester, Massachusetts as well as two free in-stores in South Carolina and Georgia. Immediately following the trek, TOXIC HOLOCAUST will headline a run of dates in eastern Canada, keeping them on the road through early June.
